About this monument

The temple complex of the Bandyopadhyaya family includes three east facing Pancharatna temples of Siva. On the walls of these brick-built temples are plaques depicting Puranic divinities. According to the foundation inscription on a temple, these temples were built by Ramachandra Bandyopadhyaya in 1816 A.D. A beautiful Rasmancha and the ancestral house of the Bandopadhaya family are also protected by the ASI.
